• University selection
• Application preparation and submission
• Visa assistance & Air Tickets
• Pre-departure briefings

3. Eligibility: To utilize our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You must provide accurate and complete information regarding your academic background and other relevant details.

4. Fees and Payment: Our prescribed fees are provided and explained at the time of consultation.

• Payment is due once services are taken and initiated.
• All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in our refund policy.

5. No Cancellation Policy: Once a purchase or subscription is made for our services, it is considered final, and no cancellations will be accepted. We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial months of service or for unused services. This policy applies to all products and services, including but not limited to, consultations, courses, subscriptions, and any other offerings. By completing a transaction with us, you agree to these terms and understand that all sales are final.

6. Refunds: No Refund Policy – All Sales Are Final: Once a purchase is initiated and completed, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for any products or services, including but not limited to:

• Services not rendered
• Withdrawal before the application process begins

7. Non-Transferable: Purchased products and services are non-transferable. This means that they cannot be exchanged, transferred to another individual, or used as credit towards other products or services.

8. Responsibilities of the Client: The client agrees to –

• Provide accurate and timely information.
• Respond promptly to requests for documents or information.
• Attend scheduled meetings, Online university tests and adhere to deadlines.

9. Limitation of Liability: While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, BRIGHT MEDICAL SOLUTIONS is not responsible for:

• Decisions made by universities or colleges regarding admissions.
• Visa rejections or delays.
• Any inaccuracies or changes in university programs or requirements.

10. Confidentiality: We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information provided to us will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms: BRIGHT MEDICAL SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 

12. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
